Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an Order

• You may cancel any one-time order before work begins for a full refund — email info@webearnersolutions.com or open a support ticket within 48 hours of payment.
• After work begins, cancellation follows the work-completed refund schedule in our Refund Policy.
• Where an order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancelling a Monthly Retainer

• Retainers (Digital Marketing, Google & Meta Ads, Ads Agency) can be cancelled anytime with 15 days' written notice, effective from the end of the current billing cycle.
• No long-term lock-ins beyond the committed plan duration (e.g. a 3-month Starter plan completes its 3 months, then rolls monthly).
• All accounts, creatives and data are handed over at the end of the engagement.

3. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel/decline orders that are fraudulent, violate law or our Terms, or where required inputs are not provided for 14+ days despite reminders. Such cancellations are refunded per the Refund Policy, minus costs already incurred.

4. How to Cancel

Email info@webearnersolutions.com from your registered address with your order number, or open a ticket at Support. You'll receive a written confirmation within 1 business day, and payment reversals follow the Refund Policy timeline (5–7 business days).
