Web Earner Solutions ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it when you use https://hub.webearnersolutions.com/ and purchase our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone number, company name and GST number you provide at registration and checkout.
Order & billing data: services purchased, billing address, invoice details and transaction references.
Payment data: payments are processed entirely by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We never see, store or process your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We only store the Razorpay order/payment IDs and transaction status.
Usage data: IP address, device/browser information and pages visited, used for security and analytics.
Communications: support tickets, contact form messages and emails you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver, manage and invoice the services you purchase.
To verify your identity (OTP-based email verification) and secure your account.
To notify you about order progress, payment status and support replies.
To prevent fraud, enforce rate limits and audit security events.
To send optional marketing updates — only with your consent, with one-click unsubscribe.

3. Payments via Razorpay

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. When you pay, your payment instrument details are collected and processed by Razorpay under their privacy policy. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant; all payment pages are served over HTTPS. We receive only a payment confirmation token and metadata (method, amount, status).

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions and cart persistence, plus a preference cookie for your theme choice. No third-party advertising cookies are set by default.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Razorpay, to process payments and refunds; (b) email delivery providers, to send transactional emails; (c) authorities, where disclosure is legally required.

6. Data Retention & Security

Order, invoice and payment records are retained as required by Indian tax law. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 12), sessions are HTTP-only with SameSite protection, and all forms are CSRF-protected. Access to personal data is limited to authorized staff.

7. Your Rights

Access and correct your data from your profile.
Request deletion of your account by writing to info@webearnersolutions.com (transaction records may be retained as legally required).
Opt out of marketing emails anytime via the unsubscribe link.
