Terms & Conditions

By accessing https://hub.webearnersolutions.com/ or purchasing services from Web Earner Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Services

We provide website development, mobile app development, education/LMS platforms, API development, digital marketing, graphic designing, Google & Meta ads management and full-service ads management, as described on each service page. Packages define deliverables; custom work is governed by a mutually agreed scope document.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) is added at checkout and shown before payment.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Work begins within 2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of any required inputs from you.
• Monthly retainers renew as per the stated billing cycle and can be cancelled per our Cancellation Policy.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets. You authorize us to charge the displayed order total (including GST). Failed or disputed payments pause work on the associated order. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may lead to account suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, billing and project information.
• Supply content, credentials, approvals and feedback in a timely manner; delays extend timelines accordingly.
• Ensure you hold rights to all content/assets you provide to us. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from such content.

5. Revisions & Acceptance

Each package includes the revision rounds stated on its page. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests are quoted separately. Work is deemed accepted 7 days after delivery unless you raise documented issues within that window.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (code, designs, content) created specifically for you. We retain the right to reuse generic components, know-how and to showcase the work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, libraries, plugins, stock) remain under their own licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

Deliverables may integrate third-party services (hosting, ad platforms, app stores, Zoom, etc.). We are not responsible for their pricing changes, downtime, policy enforcement (including ad account suspensions or app store rejections), though we will reasonably assist in resolution.

8. Warranties & Liability

• We warrant that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed scope for 30 days post-delivery; defects reported in this window are fixed free of charge.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or data).
• Marketing and ads services are provided on a best-effort basis; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales outcomes.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful activities, or to violate platform policies of Google, Meta, app stores or Razorpay. We may refuse or terminate service for such use.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate per the Cancellation Policy. On termination, you pay for work completed to date; completed work is handed over upon settlement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office (123 Tech Hub, Sector 18, Noida, UP 201301, India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
